Did you measure your finger size at your local jewellers or used the home kit? Please be aware that finger size fluctuations can be vary from store to store and for 100% size satisfaction we recommend to use our sizing system. Finger size check service is £5.00 for the UK orders and £15.00 for the international orders. 
Alternatively, if you are confident about your finger size, we will be happy to exchange your ring to the correct size if required, the exchange service is free of charge, we just ask to cover the postage, which is £5.50 for the UK orders and £15.00 for international orders.

If we have your ring size in stock - delivery time is 5-10 working days via secure Royal Mail 1st class sign for service. For special size orders - delivery time - 2-4 weeks (please enquire in our store).
CAN I RETURN MY RING FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Not the right size? Not to worry! We are offering complementary ring exchange service. 
Still not sure and would like full refund? We are accepting our rings for full refund as long as item in resalable condition with no signs of wear, scratches and in original packaging. Please note that our made-to-order and personalised (engraved) rings are not eligible for exchange or refund. 
Our return policy – 14 calendar days since the dispatch date for the UK orders and 28 calendar days for international orders.  Please note the postage costs will be deducted from any unwanted/returned items.
